Our Aluminium range of windows and doors is the ideal replacement for almost any existing domestic window type.

 

A various range of finishes and designs are possible, making this the most customisable window available. The system passes all relevant quality and performance tests. Our Windows are also thermally efficient with a thermal break and fully Document L compliant.

The Alitherm 47 window can easily achieve a WER B rating with a thermally efficient - high solar gain glass.

Materials

  • Aluminium: ALMgSi 0.5 Type 6060/6063 T5 in condition F22 (according to NBN P21-001 and DIN 1725).
  • Sealings: E.P.D.M according to DIN 7863, TV110 NFP 85301, ISO3994. Tested and approved according to an artificial ageing test of “Plexi glass” combined with vulcanised rubber.
  • Co-extruded profiles: according to DIN 7863, TV110 NFP 85301, ISO 3994, Tested and approved according to an artificial ageing test of “Plexi glass” combined with vulcanised rubber.
  • Thermal break: polyamide strips PA 6.6.25% reinforced with glass fibre.

Finishing

  • Electrostatic powder coating: according to the guidelines of APA-Qualicoat in most of the current RAL-colours.
  • Anodisation: in satin or bronze colours with E.E.W.A./EURAS-Qualanod quality label.

* A WER B Rating is available only if the correct glass, frame and gasket is used. This needs to be specified upon quote/order. Our standard spec windows are WER C rated.
