Our latest project involved the replacement of PVCu Windows & Balcony Doors to 3 blocks of flats by the riverside in Rotherhithe.

The works had been in planning for almost a year before commencement. The local council planning department had been approached and consent was finally given in September 2011. The stipulation of the planning approval was a like for like replacement of the existing timber frame doors and windows with new, high efficiency PVCu.

Our team ensured that meticulous drawings and plans were made of each block and every flat that opted in for the replacements. The results of this are clearly evident and it becomes hard at times to distinguish between the new PVCu and the existing (recently painted) timber windows/doors.

"The window replacement of the houses and all three blocks were perfectly executed and installed. As far as I am aware, the Board of Pageant Steps haven't received a single complaint or a single issue with the professional installation.

On top of this, the team who installed the windows were prompt, thorough and extremely professional throughout. Their work was excellent and there was very little clearing up to do following the installation in each flat.
